Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Turo. We keep them simple and fair.

Last updated: May 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Turo Password Manager application ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License & Purchase

Turo is free to download and offers a 7-day trial for new users. Upon completing a one-time in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lifetime access to the Turo Password Manager. This license is tied to your App Store or Google Play account and does not include resale, redistribution, or modification of the App.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device, your PIN, and your biometric authentication. Since Turo stores data exclusively on your device and we have no access to your vault, we cannot recover your data if you forget your PIN or lose your device without a backup.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (1) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (2) Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose; (3) Attempt to bypass or break the App's security or encryption mechanisms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. While we take security extremely seriously, we cannot guarantee that the App is free from all vulnerabilities. You use the App at your own risk. Turo is not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or forgotten credentials.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through an app update or notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
